Hello! We’re Kyle and Lauren. Our story began over 13 years ago in Honolulu, Hawaii, where we met and shared a deep connection to the islands. Lauren grew up in Honolulu, while Kyle was born and raised near this very home, close to Indian Rocks Beach. In 2018, we relocated from Hawaii to the Seminole area to be closer to Kyle’s family and enjoy a fresh change of scenery. Over the past four years, we poured our hearts into renovating and updating this home to make it our perfect first family residence. After welcoming our son Callan in June 2022, we decided to spend more time in Hawaii—a place dear to us and our second home—to stay close to family and friends.

We’ve crafted this home to include everything we envisioned for our first family space—tranquil bedrooms, inviting and modern living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen inspired by Lauren’s love for cooking. The backyard is truly Kyle’s pride and joy, designed to transport us back to Hawaii, with many plants lovingly brought over from our island home.

Every corner of our home reflects cherished memories, meaningful life events, and moments from our travels. We hope that when you stay here, you feel as welcomed and at home as we do.
